human-readable URLs for institutions and collections #113

Collections and Institutions should have "pretty" URL aliases rather than PID-based URLs.

This:

example.com/institutions/commonwealth:12345679

Should be:

example.com/institutions/american-textile-history-museum

Collections and Institutions should be resolvable via either the PID-based or pretty URLs.
