Configuration:

Investigate whether the viewer is actually using the uv-v4/uv-iiif-config.json file to configure the viewer interface.

Troubleshooting:

The footer pane includes the full-screen, sharing, and download controls. In production, the footer pane is often not visible. It can be sometimes be shown by activating the browser's full-screen mode, and/or then de-activating it.
