libssl.so.0.9.8: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Ejecutar el programa, seleccionar la interface y hacer click en Start

El error que da es el siguiente: 
aircrack-ng-1.1-M4/airodump-ng: error while loading shared libraries: 
libssl.so.0.9.8: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64

Antes directamente me decía que el archivo libssl.so.0.9.8 directamente no 
existía, para solucionarlo copié un acceso directo de ese archivo a la 
carpeta /usr/lib , previamente estaba en /lib/x86_64-linux-gnu

i have the same  error but  cant fix  with that tutorial :archivo

Install libssl.so.0.9.8 32 bits lib from repo and problem solved
