Figure out how to sell nx items through an NPC with a given expiration date so that we can sell 2x in Vote Point Shop

Right now, when you create an NX item, you need both the item ID and an expiration date. If you don't set an expiration date the duration of the item is permanent. Figure out how to set expiration dates through NPCs because all NPC scripts ask for is an item ID
