I'm unsure if the PATH the Docs in older versions but as of PowerToys v0.79.0 this seems to be the valid PATH %LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\PowerToys\PowerToys Run\Plugins seems to be the valid PowerToys Run PATH

i'd just followed the docs and they didn't work, then came here and saw this and tried it and it works. but in the MR PR you're missing the intervening PowerToys directory inside of Microsoft

oh but looks like https://github.com/bostrot/PowerToysRunPluginWinget/pull/25 already has it, might as well close this PR
