When the client writes a message to the bot, the following text comes in the response message: "Thank you for contacting us. We will answer as soon as possible. undefined #T000001"
- As I understand it, the word "Ticket" should be written there, right?
- Is it possible to reduce the amount of 0? There are a lot of them and they are not needed.
- How to make it so that the ticket number is written at the top and not at the bottom?
- When the ticket is closed, the word "Ticket" is first written on the next line number ticket and the word "closed" and after 2 lines only the text of the message. How can this be fixed too?
