Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. A lot of similar questions arise, especially if users do not use the /faq command.
Describe the solution you'd like Replying to a message with a predfined command should let you use pre-defined answers.
Describe alternatives you've considered Inline keyboard could also work but that would not be wise for future compatibility in other messengers.
