[BUG] Failed to create new instance #230

Is there an existing issue for this?

Current Behavior

I tried to create first instance using Ubuntu 20.04 but WSL Manager reports unknown message as attached.

Target directory is empty. Directory %appdata%\com.bostrot not found.

- WSL Distro Manager Version: 1.8.11
- WSL Version: 2.0.9.0
