[BUG] Can't Install AlmaLinux:latest

Current Behavior

I've successfully downloaded and installed 6 other distros. When I try to download/install AlmaLinux via the command "dockerhub:almalinux:9.3 (or :latest)" the process steps through downloading and extracting, then finally the message "Creating instance. This might take a while...". 15 hours later I kill this process, then "cancel" out of the setup screen: AlmaLinux is not installed (my WSL2-Distros\AlmaLinux9 folder is empty, while my \tmp\library_almalinux_9 folder has 2 files in it: "layer_0.tar.gz" 32 bytes, and "layer_1.tar.gz" 65 MB).

Expected Behavior

I expected a new "AlmaLinux9" OS instance to appear in my portal/gui (but it didn't happen).

Steps To Reproduce

1.) In this environment (see below)... 2.) I had WSL Manager v1.8.11 open... 3.) I hit the "+" button in the left hand column... 4.) I filled out the form for creating a new instance... 5.) I hit the "Create" button... 6.) The process stepped through "downloading", then "installing" and finally "creating instance. Please wait a while"... 7.) I waited 15 hours... then lost my patience and gave up, hit the "cancel" button and returned to the home screen... 8.) The instance was not installed... 9.) Now I'm here.
