Starting the app for the first time should show a legal disclaimer about how you could hurt yourself, consult a doctor before beginning any fitness program, etc.

Good idea. I wonder if this would stand up in a court of law as defense if someone sues us after having a heart attack doing pushups?

Not that I'm seriously concerned. Just curious, haha
