nonebot下无法安装 #12

我尝试安装此插件，但无论是使用指令直接安装还是进入nonebot的命令行页面进行安装都报出相同的错误，第一段似乎是由于python版本的问题，而第二段则说无法找到此插件，是已经下线了吗？ 报错如下： 屏幕截图 2023-08-07 175206 望大佬解惑！多谢！！

需要python版本>=3.9

抱歉，我的问题，因为自身使用的是python3.8.7，看来需要再安装一个python才可以使用了。多谢大佬！
