add en translation #31

well i need english translations to use with the data :], bots shouldn't require to launch the game in french its so annoying

could you set up a job for obtaining different languages? would be nice

This is already planed in the issue #22.

Unfortunatly, I can't merge this pull request. What I need is the i18n_en.d2i file to be commited in the d2i folder. The job C will then extract the data.

Until #22 is closed, I'll make sure to have the english translation for the next updates.
