KML in Google Maps -- when you select/unselect the FIRST folder's checkbox from left side list, ALL icons are changed. #813

I filed another bug a few weeks ago that referred to placemark icons not 
changing on the KML map when you check/uncheck the boxes on the left. This 
appears to have, well, not exactly gone away but changed.

What's happening now is that everything works except ONE thing. If you 
check/uncheck the checkbox for the FIRST folder on the left-side list (not the 
checkbox for the first item, but the checkbox for the first FOLDER), it 
shows/hides ALL the placemark icons on the map. 

You can try this for yourself at this example:
http://goo.gl/maps/db3Q

If you uncheck the checkbox for "Folder 1", you'll see that BOTH the placemark 
icons on the map go away. If you check it, they both come back. The desired 
behavior should be that it only affects the green placemark icon, not both the 
green and blue. If you do the same for any of the other checkboxes, you'll see 
that they behave properly.
