GMaps Engine Layer Disappeared over GEarth plugin #846

When using a Google Maps engine Layer over GEarth Plugin, it often disappeared 
after a short time of inactivity (or sometimes after half a second)

Chrome Version is now 22.0.1229.79 and I still get the error.
