What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download Google Earth on Ubuntu 12.10
2.Install through the software center
3.Wait for pop-up telling you something is wrong

What is the expected output or behavior? What do you see instead?
I expect it to install, but it tells me that Google Earth violates quality 
standards and could cause problems on my computer.

Which plugin version are you using?
I tried to download Google Earth 6.2

Which browsers and operating systems are affected?
Ubunutu 12.04 (Linux)

while trying to run google earth from the terminal,the following error is thrown
