I cannot find this on any of the forums. When I download Google Earth all
seems well until the initial "logo" window comes up, then it is covered by a
"tips" window and then another smaller window appears regarding installation of
some kind of overlay. Then, nothing happens. I let it "sit" for half an hour
and nothing happened. If I click on any of the open windows a notice comes up
saying the program is not responding. I went to the control panel and removed
Earth and then I turned my firewall of to download the program and that did not
help - I got the same result. I turned off my virus defense and my firewall
and that too had no effect. What am I doing wrong? wayne.tippin@gmail.com
