Unable To Link Collada dae with texture file

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Load the attached kmz file in 7.1 and note the lack of colors.
2. Extract the files in the Kmz and load the doc.kml file. Now it works.

Which plugin version are you using? This occurred with the change from 7.0 to 
7.1.

Which browsers and operating systems are affected? Windows 7 Pro
