Change https://infinitybotlist.com -> https://infinitybots.gg as get_bot_url and widgets do not work on the former domain

Add All Bots API (thats what api_all is for right?

Yes, it should for url, api_docs should stay the same (v4 changes that as well, but v3 uses the older domain mostly iirc)

@MattIPv4 So, ive gone ahead and renamed infinitybotlist.com.json to infinitybots.gg.json

regarding the id change, will ask @TheRealToxicDev

anyways fixed the redirects so only the api_all change is really needed
