Make bot lists use non-free services for hosting #11

A respectable, custom, paid for TLD is already a requirement, why should a bot list be hosted on, for example glitch.me [..] most bots which will be listed on that bot list will be using paid for services to host their bot.

I've made my stance on this clear before but will repeat it here and happy to discuss/debate further:

I don’t mind glitch if you’re using a custom domain, it’s always up and otherwise functioning fine.

With that in mind, you wouldn't actually be able to tell it was on glitch over any other hosting service, so I don't see why we should block it. Quite a few existing and working bot lists are hosted on glitch as far as I know.

Except for the Glitch loading screen when the code first needs to be loaded.
