How to open the chat widget automatically when the frontend page loads? #428

Hi, I just need to know how to open the chat widget automatically when the frontend page loads. I saw this post , but it isn't very helpful since the version used here is quite old and isn't compatible for me. It gives out the following error - The client is using an unsupported version of the Socket.IO or Engine.IO protocols (further occurrences of this error will be logged with level INFO) when I use the code from the attached post link.

I need the webchat to open automatically once I open the page. thank you!
