I am trying to upload an arduino sketch over the air to a remote arduino using the sim 7000a i want to know if it is possible to do so and if it is can you point me in the right direction to start this process?

Please can you elaborate more about how I can go about this process? I've read the document and it doesn't really explain flashing the arduino over the air
