Fix minor doc error in wit-bot tutorial and improve readability #2

Section 4 didn't correctly specify the link to botpress-wit. From there I made some proposals for general readability, as well as added extra information to make instructions clearer. Please let me know if you prefer a separate branch for pull requests, or if these should just go into master.
