chore(inspector): migrate inspector kit work to messaging repo #472

This is all of the work for the inspector kit with all the storybooks updated.

Anything is up for change here this is just the organization I came up with.

im getting a storybook related error (maybe pnp too) about some subDep called @emotion/.... it's the last thing I think.
