This PR improves the overall documentation structure of Messaging.

Adds

• a getting started section with prerequisites
• a section for channel v1

Improves/updates

• the overall structure of the doc got improved. It should now be easier to navigate the internal doc.

Fixes

• typos

Removes

• unnecessary/unused/outdated documentation
