chore(dev): update pre-release binaries on pr update #250

I brought changes from next branch. This essentially makes sure that when we update a PR (for instance master <-- next) the head binaries get update. This way, anyone working on the next branch of botpress/botpress will have the latest changes without needing to run studio from source.
