chore(studio): upgrade to node 16 #371

This PR upgrades the studio to NodeJS 16 (16.13.2).

It includes

Removed the unnecessary @botpress/native-extensions package.
Upgraded yarn from 3.1.1 to 3.2.1.
Updated pkg to 5.2.0 (same version we use on Messaging) to be able to work with node v16.13.2.
Updated SQLite3 to 5.0.2 (same version we use on Messaging) for the same reason as pkg.

Before we merge or even review this PR, we need to upgrade Botpress and NLU to NodeJS 16 and run as many tests as possible.
