Error when `npm start` #14

I cloned the repo and installed modules but when I start it below error is thrown

[botpress]       ERR Error starting botpress:  Cannot read property 'disableFileLogs' of undefined TypeError: Cannot read property 'disableFileLogs' of undefined
    at e.exports (...\step-1\node_modules\botpress\lib\webpack:\src\logger.js:49:18)
