[FEATURE] Code Editor for GLOBAL Configurations #1135

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When administrators are setting up the platform, once bpfs_storage is set to database, and no bots exist yet, there is no code editor to view/change the botpress configuration.

Describe the solution you'd like Some way to directly access the global code files without going through a bot.

Describe alternatives you've considered Production Checklist page link (since it cites the config all over the place)
