[BUG] Open Chat Not Showing Entries #1255

Hi guys,

So we have installed our bot and have it running on our IIS server. However once we open the OPEN CHAT window to test out our bot, the entries don't show up on the page until I hit a hard refresh on the page. Anyone have an idea of why this is happening or how to fix this?

Hie there. Sometimes IIS has transport issues so in botpress.config try configuring to websocket alone and if this fails configure to polling alone. Either of the two should work depending on your Windows server.

We have tried these two options however they have not worked. Any other ideas? Or could you show us exactly what the botpress.config file should look like? @Michael-N-M @
