[FEATURE] Hitl-next Supervisor Role #1270

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. We would like to have an admin role to manage the Hitl-next module. Currently, as I understand it there is no role except admin to manage dedicated agents.

Describe the solution you'd like Our team would like a admin-like role dedicated to the hitl-next module.

Capabilities: All the capabilities of the Agent role, in addition to: Assign (delegate) other agents to conversation Agent account creation and management (enable/disable, password resets)

Describe alternatives you've considered Granting admin role to be able to manage users. However would greatly prefer role dedicated to limit scope of access that the supervisor has. We do not want supervisors able to change any flows or configuration parameters of the system, and is why admin role is ruled out.
