[FEATURE] Restart bot after code editor changes to hooks #1294

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When working on bot hooks, it is not obvious, that the bot needs to be manually remounted after a change.

Describe the solution you'd like Flash a restart button after a change that requires it, keep showing it (and it's progress) until the new hook was remounted or the bot restarted.

Describe alternatives you've considered The current workaround is to use the bot restart button from the monitoring page.

Related: When setting the bot images (icon & info page banner), a full Botpress restart is required - in this case even remounting does not help.
