We are looking for Tech Stack for developing a Chat Bot Platform like Chatfuel, Can anyone help in suggesting Tech Stack for this, or some package ?

How can we use BotPress for this ?

Botpress can't be used for building a chat platform like Chatfuel because of it's license (AGPL) unless the platform itself is made open-source under AGPL.
