[BUG]: Chat auto scrolls and dock at the end #1542

Description When you scroll up in a conversation using emulator or in HITL, the chat automatically jumps to the end

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'emulator / HITL' and select a long conversation
  2. Scroll down to the first chat
  3. Jumps to conversation end

Expected behavior Allow scrolling and dock to user defined position.
