[BUG]: Intent phrase/words duplicated when adding second slot

Describe the bug In Studio, when adding a second slot, the first slot on the line above is duplicated. Afterwards, any kind of input (mouse click, key down) triggers more duplicated words on the lines above.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create an Intent
2. Create a slot, populate the intent phrases with the slot
3. Create a second slot, populate the intent phrases with the second slot.
4. See error

Expected behavior Successfully adding a second slot.

• Browser: Chrome
• Browser Version: 95
• Botpress Version: 12.26

Hi @justis18, it's not as botpress still uses studio v.0.0.42

It will be fixed once, botpress upgrades to studio v.0.0.43
