Creating a website with a friend #1583

Hello everyone, I wanted to know how do I create a website with my friend on a live server, like how does it work because we tried codeserver with Visual Studio, and it's not working. Is there any other way we can do it ? We want to work in collaboration even when we are not connected to the same WI-FI **My main question is how do I work with my friend on the same website ?**
