[BUG] using a proactive trigger can make the bot repeat himself #1644

Describe the bug When using a single choice as a starting node and using the channel-web with a proactive trigger, the user might have to go through the 1st single choice twice before going to the second node.

A workaround is to add a delay before sending the proactive trigger.
