Botpress will always be behind in infrastructure monitoring by creating builtin solutions (like the current Enterprise Analytics, and focus on Licensing and Success Metrics instead), because there are companies that specialize on the topic.
They've recently joined up to create OpenTelemetry!
Especially Botpress Enterprise Customers hosting on premise need to be able to fully monitor their Botpress infrastructure and its integrations with the full potential of existing Log & Data Analysis tools, OpenTelemetry is a bridge for this.
Describe the solution you'd like
This will probably be a Botpress Enterprise feature, allowing integration of e.g. NewRelic or DataDog just by providing configuration.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I've been asking for direct NewRelic APM integration and this has been declined (understandably that solution requires too much effort for it being non generic).
Is it possible to provide a community contribution on this (how much are the enterprise parts concerned?)?
