Azure ID ignores the sub path configured in EXTERNAL_URL

Describe the bug After logging in with Azure AD, the user is forwarded to the below URL, which ignores the subpath specified in EXTERNAL URL. http://localhost/admin/setToken

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Configure Azure AD
2. Configure EXTERNAL_URL with subpath
3. Login using azure AD

Expected behavior redirect url should have the subpath.
