Originally posted by **jenniferbarnettdavis** August 9, 2022 I could use some help. The misunderstood module seems to be enabled, but the Studio Interface doesn't show it. Can anyone recommend steps to troubleshoot or fix this? ![image](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/40071543/183640456-8722cb90-41e7-49dc-993c-f45a2959d186.png) ![Screenshot 2022-08-09 064921](https://user-images.githubusercontent.com/40071543/183640478-51455ac0-137d-43ad-aec0-411acd00f719.png)

Hi, did you try restarting the server after this installation?

jenniferbarnettdavis commented 2 years ago

EDIT: YES, the server has been restarted.

So... I installed botpress in windows without Docker. I'm still learning. I've restarted the application many times. I guess I'm not certain if that restarts the server automatically or not.

How exactly does one restart the server?

I did a full uninstall and reinstall of everything. I still am getting bots that have no modules on the left hand menu for any of the cloud bots that get created. Is that expected behavior? Shouldn't Misunderstood be there for every bot if it is enabled globally?

Hi @jenniferbarnettdavis

It looks like you're running an older version of Botpress. Could you try upgrading to the latest version, 12.29.1 and trying again?
