Could not load Language Provider

Botpress 30.12.6 will not connect to standalone NLU server. See screenshot. Studio opens but throws Error: "Request failed with status code 404"

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Started language server as described at https://botpress.com/blog/adding-language-to-botpress-nlu-not-supported-by-default
2. Confirmed language server is running at http://localhost:3200/
3. Confirmed nlu.json is pointing to "endpoint": "https://botpress_lang:3200"
4. Start botpress server using latest binary from https://s3.amazonaws.com/botpress-binaries/

Expected behavior Botpress should start with the standalone language server
