Card buttons are not disable once it was visited by the user

Describe the bug Create a card with multiple action buttons.Check on emulator once you click any one of the buttons its dialog flow are coming but when you scroll up rest all buttons are clickable by the user.

dialog which was visited by the user there actions button will be disabled
