Hi @git-albertomarin - thanks for the PR; I appreciate the black formatting and want to get it added to the bots project as well as work toward python3 compatibility in general as we update the project.

Sorry, it took me a few days to see this. I saw that you closed it as well; are you interested in contributing?

If so, perhaps we can take and test smaller parts of the codebase rather than one large commit.
