Bring in Grammars, Plugins, etc. From SourceForge #8

I've started downloading some of this stuff, but its a real PITA for a lot of reasons.

Anyhow, there's some good stuff here: https://sourceforge.net/projects/bots/files/

These should go in one or more repos.

Like I said, I got a start on grabbing files, but still have to organize and publish them. Just wanted to mention it...

+100 to get rid of sourceforge.

currently bots is an installable python-package, but inside the installed package-structure, it also contains instance-specific config, data, logfiles, grammars, mapping,....

IMHO botssys, config, usersys should NOT be part of the PACKAGE. It should rather be part of different repository.

I just created bots-grammars to consolidate all available grammars.

I'm working on the grammars here: https://github.com/JCapriotti/bots-grammars

I added x12; will add the other soon.

@WouterVH should plugins and character sets go in that repo, or a different one?

let's first focus on transferring all usefull files from sourceforge, googlecode and maybe other places. I created 2 new repos: bots-plugins and bots-grammars.

we can later brainstorm on better structuring.

This is the last of the files from SourceForge - https://github.com/bots-edi/bots-charsets/pull/1
