Playlist management issues #81

First I'd like to thank the developers for this app. It includes many options to organize our podcast and that's great. But it seems that one of them doesn't work properly : "add new episodes to the playlist". Even though I enabled it for some of my podcast, the playlist doesn't autofill with new selected podcast. It's filled with many podcast, old and new, and even podcast I disabled the option.

@Kravcian Thanks you for reporting this. I am acutely aware of the problem, and working on fixing it ASAP.

Fortunately I am now able to reproduce the problem on my phone, and expect to push a fix (0.148.8) the in the beta version today or tomorrow if everything goes well.

However, this part of the code has proven to the bug prone, and I would love to get your feedback once I push out the update, to be sure it also works for you. If you haven't done so already you should join the BETA version of the app here: http://play.google.com/apps/testing/org.bottiger.podcast

If you are using the version of F-droid it will take a few days before the fixed version arrives.

@Kravcian Can you please help me with this: Which podcasts are you having problems with? All of them or some specific ones? In that case, which ones?

@bottiger Hello. I downloaded the 0.148.12 version on F-Droid. The problem I had is still present. Even if the app seems much more stable and fluid. I live in France. Most of my podcasts are coming from French national radio stations (France culture, France inter, France info...). And it doesn't seem to be specific podcasts who doesn't auto fill, it's quite random.

@Kravcian I just looked through the log. It seems like the problem was fixed for real in version 0.148.16. Unfortunately that was not published on F-droid due to a build issue. However, I just (like, 10 seconds ago) fixed the build issue and pushed 0.148.18.

I expect everything to go well, and it to be available on F-droid tomorrow. (follow it here: https://f-droid.org/wiki/page/org.bottiger.podcast/)

I'm sorry for the inconvenience. Please get back to me if 0.148.18 doesn't fix it, but I'm pretty sure it will.
