Sure, go ahead. This is open source. There are translation files available (translated a couple of years ago), but I cannot verify the quality of the translation. The build scripts and website templates at https://github.com/bottlepy/bottlepy.org also need more work to actually publish the Chinese version. Pull requests welcomed.

Work on documentation build scripts or the website can be discussed in the bottle/bottlepy.org project. Work on translation files or transiflex integration belong here, but open a more specific issue then, please.
