Coordinate with bottlerocket releases - Version list outdated #475

What content is incorrect?

It lists 1.20 as current. 1.21 was released three weeks ago.

What should the content say or communicate?

Within a couple of hours, it would be nice to match the actual releases - https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket/releases

Consider having the docs as a routine step for each release - https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket/issues/4148

Thanks @chlunde for the suggestion, you are correct, we may add this as a routine step for each release.

We are working on updating the website. This PR updates the website for 1.20.x releases. Once that is merged, we will work on update for 1.21 releases as well.
