Description of changes: This modifies the Bottlerocket sources to use models sourced by the Bottlerocket settings SDK.

This change is currently based on a WIP draft PR in the SDK repo, https://github.com/bottlerocket-os/bottlerocket-settings-sdk/pull/41

Testing done:
