What I'd like: With k8s 1.30, the prestop sleep lifecycle has been promoted to beta. it would be awesome if we can get the ability to enable the PodLifecycleSleepAction feature gate on the kubelet

Any alternatives you've considered: with bottlerocket, based on past issues regarding feature gates to open up a feature request. if there is an alternative to enable the feature gate on the kubelet side, that would be awesome

Thanks for cutting this @jooh-lee. This looks like a nice addition to our 1.30 variants! We would like to do this work at some point so you can use this issue to track it as we get it done.
