Make logdog collect ebpf-sdk.log, network-policy-agent.log #4214

What I'd like:

Currently, only a subset of log files in /var/log is collected. Logdog should provide an option to collect all relevant log files including ebpf-sdk.log, and network-policy-agent.log.

Any alternatives you've considered:
