It helps with organizing your apps and games. I have a bottle for Assassin's Creed (called Assassins Creed), another one for Minecraft Story Mode season 1 and 2 (called Minecraft Story Mode), and a last one for Notepad++ (called Notepad++), instead of having a single bottle for everything. Each have their own preferences, so I don't have to change for each and every app/game.
On second thought, this would be a good opportunity to discuss about adding a new page to the welcome page, to explain how the user is expected to use Bottles.
So a bottle for each application? I thought it was more like a bottle for multiple apps but with one wine for them all (and in that case it's impossible for me to know which app should be in which wine)

It's precisely that.
ok then how do I know which apps to group in the same bottle (and thus find the right name for that bottle)? what makes apps fit to be in the same bottle?
That's up to you to decide. I group by franchise: Assassin's Creed games go in one bottle, Minecraft games go in another, etc. However, you can also use a bottle for each app.
i can also use a single bottle for ALL apps then? weird
What am I supposed to call a bottle for applications?
Instinctively, i'd call it "Applications" but it seems dumb. Why would I ever make a second bottle? how do I know what kind of apps to group under this bottle?
Very confused :(
